
TAILORED FITNESS
We offer semi-private personal training. A personal trainer leads one-hour workouts that consist of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Our small groups max out at 6 clients so that we can give you the attention you deserve. Safety is our number one priority, so we will focus on proper form and challenge you at your level. Our highly experienced personal trainers can modify any exercise to accommodate your needs.
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION
You will have access to ongoing nutrition coaching and support. We offer a Nutrition Reset program designed to reduce inflammation, balance your blood sugars, increase your metabolism, and regulate your metabolic hormones. We understand that some people are “all or nothing,” and others need to make small changes over time to avoid getting overwhelmed. We will help you make sustainable changes at your pace to improve your health through nutrition.
